摘 要:
研究了钾离子对长柄扁桃不定芽诱导的影响, 结果表明, 在MS基本培养基中添加800~1 200 mg·L-1钾离子有利于长柄扁桃不定芽的形成和生长, 不定芽的诱导率和数量分别比对照提高了17%和84%, 不定芽的平均高度提高了64%; 高浓度钾离子(>1 600 mg·L-1)可导致长柄扁桃不定芽严重褐化。生理指标测定结果表明, 适当浓度的钾离子提高了抗氧化酶(SOD和POD)的活性和不定芽的组织细胞活力; 高剂量的钾离子(>1 600 mg·L-1)显著增加了不定芽中MDA的含量。关键词:钾离子; 长柄扁桃; 不定芽

Abstract:
The effects of potassium ion on adventitious bud induction of Amygdalus pedunculata were studied. The results showed that the optimal concentration range of potassium ions is 800–1 200 mg·L-1. The adventitious bud induction frequency and the bud number per explants increased by 17% and 84%, respectively, compared to those cultured in MS basic medium without additional potassium nutrition. And the height of the adventitious bud increased by 64%. However, the high concentrations of potassium ions (>1 600 mg·L-1) caused adventitious buds serious browning. The physiological indexes suggested that appropriate potassium concentrations increased antioxidant enzymes (SOD and POD) activities and adventitious bud viability. High dose of potassium ions (>1 600 mg·L-1) significantly increased the malondialdehyde content in adventitious bud.Key words: potassium ion; Amygdalus pedunculata pall.; adventitious bud
